You can return any items purchased on our website within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

- In the original packaging.
- Not marked as non-returnable, which includes certain sale or clearance items.
Please note that products that are worn or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because it is defective or due to a shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent any damage during return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@deluxeduvets.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Non-Returnable Items
